Description
Warrioresses is a little series of illustrations that were originally done for an exercise that I never got to finish up. I was actually supposed to ink them and probably keep them in black and white, but I really wanted to practice my digital painting skills.
The prompt of the exercise was to design three different female warrior from three different periods and not to draw them only 'posing' but in action/doing something. I decided to challenge myself to do three different origins.
This is obviously to futur/science-fiction period. I decided to go with a woman of color, because science-fiction kindof generally lacks differences in etnich origin ( and replacing them way too often with 'funny colored '''aliens'''' ).
I might edit to add a background, but for now it is way too late here to do so.
